FAQ

Common Product Questions

How do I know which grade is right for my application?

The right grade depends on your specific use case. For food, beverage, or pharmaceutical applications, you'll need Grade A or new containers. For industrial chemicals and non-hazardous materials, Grade B is typically suitable. For general storage like water or non-critical applications, Grade C offers the best value. Our team can help you determine the right grade based on your requirements.

What sizes of IBC totes do you offer?

We primarily stock the standard 275-gallon and 330-gallon IBC totes, which are the most common sizes in industrial use. For new containers, we can also source 550-gallon models and specialty sizes. Contact us with your specific size requirements.

Do you provide documentation for previous contents?

Yes, for Grade A and Grade B containers, we provide documentation of known previous contents when available. This is especially important for food-grade and pharmaceutical applications. New containers come with full manufacturer documentation and certifications.

Can I inspect containers before purchasing?

Absolutely! We welcome customers to visit our Phoenix facility to inspect containers in person. You can see our inventory, understand our grading system firsthand, and select specific units if desired. Contact us to schedule a visit.

What warranty do you offer on used containers?

Grade A containers come with a 90-day warranty against defects. Grade B containers include a 60-day warranty, and Grade C containers have a 30-day warranty. New containers include the full manufacturer warranty. All warranties cover structural integrity and proper function.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, we offer tiered pricing for bulk orders. Discounts typically start at orders of 10+ units and increase with quantity. Contact our sales team for a custom quote on larger orders.
